Now has never been a better time to invest in Bulgaria. The country is now a full member of NATO and joined the EU in 2007 which is having a huge impact on its economy and future investment.

The number of tourists visiting Bulgaria is also expected to reach 4.4m in 2005 and as tourism continues to grow, rental opportunities for properties are high.
Bulgaria has also seen much publicity in the UK press and various recent TV bulletins on the BBC have tipped it as one of the fastest growing tourist and investment opportunities now in Europe.
