• Loan values of up to 70% dependent on affordability
• Payments in euros only
• Credit limits and borrowing of up to 300,000 euros
• Variable interest rates currently around 7%
• Clients have to create a bank account with the lender
• Early payment redemption charges of approx 5%
• Management and service fees
• Properties must be fully insured
• Stage payments available according to clients requirements
• Repayment only
• Mortgage redemptions from 5-20 years
• Age 21-70 years
