Buying off plan

Buying “off plan” is the same as buying in the UK, where you reserve a property from floor plans before the development has begun to be constructed.

There are many advantages to this as listed below:-

•  Clients are able to negotiate excellent terms and prices with developers
• Initially you only have to pay a deposit of approximately 10-35% of the property value and the rest is then paid in stages as the construction of the development is completed which minimises your risk.
• You are able to negotiate large discounts with the developers of up to 10% if larger up front payments are made
• You have the option to sell that property once it has been completed for a profit.
